Website privacy
Clear about your information.
This notice explains how the website handles general inquiries. It is separate from clinical privacy and informed-consent documents.
What you choose to share
The inquiry form asks for your email address, an optional name, and an optional brief message. It also asks you to confirm that the practice may contact you about your inquiry.
Use the form only for general questions about availability, fit, fees, or insurance. Do not include diagnoses, symptoms, treatment history, medical records, insurance identification numbers, or other sensitive health information. The form does not accept attachments.
Where your inquiry goes
Your inquiry is processed by a Cloudflare Worker and sent through Cloudflare’s email service to clinicalrituals@gmail.com, the practice’s Gmail inbox. Your reply email is included so the practice can respond.
Email delivery uses a practice-controlled address on clinicalrituals.net. The website does not send you an automatic reply, book an appointment, or create a patient account.
Hosting and protection against abuse
Cloudflare hosts this website and provides Turnstile, the security check used by the inquiry form. Technical connection and browser information is processed to serve the website and help distinguish legitimate requests from automated abuse.
The website uses the connection’s IP address supplied by Cloudflare to derive a hashed identifier for rate limiting. It also limits sending across the inquiry feature. These controls help reduce repeated or automated requests.
A Turnstile token is checked before an inquiry can be sent. Completing the check does not reserve an appointment or guarantee that a message will reach the inbox.
Website storage and email handling
The website application does not keep an inquiry database or log inquiry message bodies or visitors’ email addresses. Form entries are held in the current page’s memory while you complete or retry an inquiry; they are not saved by this application in browser local storage.
The emailed inquiry is handled in the practice’s Gmail inbox. Cloudflare and Google also process information as part of providing their services. The absence of an application database does not mean there is no email or provider storage.
Use the protected website inquiry form for general questions about how the practice handles or retains inquiry correspondence. Keep these questions general and leave out personal health information.
Fonts, illustrations, and analytics
The fonts and illustrations are included with this website. The site does not include advertising trackers or marketing analytics scripts. Turnstile is used for abuse protection.
A general inquiry is not clinical messaging
This form sends ordinary email. It is not a patient portal or a way to send clinical records, and it is not for urgent or emergency needs.
Sending an inquiry does not book an appointment or establish a therapeutic relationship. A confirmation means the delivery service accepted the message for delivery; it does not prove the practice has received or read it.
Questions about this website
When the protected website inquiry form is available, you can use it to ask a general website or privacy question. Please keep your question brief and do not include sensitive health information.
