A little more clarity
Wondering about something?
Start here. For a question that isn’t covered, a short inquiry is welcome.
Are you accepting new clients?
Availability for new clients is limited. Use the inquiry form to ask about current openings and whether the practice may be a fit. Sending an inquiry does not reserve an appointment.
Inquire about availabilityAre appointments online or in person?
Appointments are offered through telehealth only, serving Santa Fe, Albuquerque, and communities throughout New Mexico. Clinical Rituals does not offer in-person appointments.
Do you accept my insurance?
The practice lists BCBSNM Medicaid, HMO, and PPO plans; Aetna; Presbyterian Centennial Care and commercial plans; and UnitedHealthcare. Confirm participation, benefits, and costs for your exact plan. A listed insurer does not guarantee coverage or payment.
Fees & insuranceWhat will appointments cost?
Ask the practice about the session fee and confirm any deductible, copayment, or coinsurance with your insurer. Fees and any out-of-pocket cost will be discussed before beginning care.
Who is the practice for?
Clinical Rituals is a women-centered therapy practice serving New Mexico through telehealth. Ask about the practice’s focus, current availability, and whether it may be a fit for the support you’re seeking.
Explore the approachWhat should I put in my inquiry?
Provide a reply email and, if you wish, your name or a brief general question about openings, appointment arrangements, insurance, or fees. Do not include diagnoses, treatment history, insurance identification numbers, or other sensitive health information.
Does sending an inquiry book an appointment?
No. The form is a request for contact about availability and fit. Any appointment must be arranged separately with the practice. An inquiry does not establish a therapeutic relationship and is not for urgent or emergency needs.
What should I have ready for telehealth?
Consider a quiet, private place, a reliable connection, and any practical questions you want to ask. Review the appointment instructions provided by the practice.
Getting startedWhat should I ask my insurer?
Ask whether Milena Sudak, LCSW, is in network for your exact plan, whether telehealth is covered, and what costs or authorization requirements may apply. Confirm fees and arrangements directly with the practice.
